1/4" Five-Flute ALL4 Corner-Radius End Mill

This Canadian-made 1/4" carbide end mill combines five-flute geometry with a 0.015" corner radius for productive machining, reinforced cutting edges and smooth transitions between floors and walls. Its ALL4 coating provides excellent resistance to heat, abrasion and wear when machining high-temperature alloys and stainless steel.

Productive Cutting with Reinforced Corners

The five-flute design provides additional cutting edges for efficient material removal and smooth surface finishes. A 0.015" corner radius strengthens the cutting edge to help reduce chipping, while the stub-length construction improves rigidity during profiling, pocketing and shoulder milling.
